DESCRIPTION:\n\n \n\nWe are happy to announce this MAX IV Roadmap worksho
 p on synchrotron tomography.\n\nAt this workshop we will see presentations
  of current state-of-the-art tomography beamlines\, and applications\, lea
 ding to discussions of future possibilities at MAX IV. Specifically\, we w
 ish to submit expressions of interest (EOI) to the MAX IV strategy plan (h
 ttps://www.maxiv.lu.se/about-us/strategy/)\n\nCurrently\, no beamline dedi
 cated for tomographic imaging exists at MAX IV. Though tomography is possi
 ble at beamlines such as DanMAX\, ForMAX and NanoMAX\, a beamline dedicate
 d to tomography is needed to optimise for speed\, resolution and contrast.
 \n\nPreviously\, proposals for tomography beamlines dedicated to materials
  science (iMAX) and bio-medical samples (MedMAX) have been prepared by the
  community. With this workshop we wish to collect updated information from
  the user community as input to the future strategy\, including (but not l
 imited to) materials science\, bio-medical samples\, geology\, archaeology
  etc.\n\nWe hope that this workshop will foster scientific discussions acr
 oss disciplines\, inspired by the presentations and talks.\n\nFor more inf
